MCP + Mokaform, in plain words

MCP lets an AI assistant build and edit your Mokaform forms from simple sentences. Instead of clicking in a builder, you tell the assistant what you want and it does the work.

The Mokaform MCP server is in beta. Details may change.

Before you start

A Mokaform account

An AI assistant that supports MCP (for example, Claude Desktop)

Server URL to copy:

Connect in two simple ways

Most people should use Option A. If it does not work, use Option B.

Option A — OAuth (easiest)

In your AI assistant, add a new MCP server.

Paste the server URL: https://api.mokaform.com/mcp

Approve access. Done.

Option B — API key (backup)

In Mokaform, create an API key in Account settings.

In your AI assistant, add the server and include this header:

Save. Done.

Troubleshooting

Cannot log in with OAuth? Try Option B with an API key.

Unauthorized error? Check that your API key starts with mka- and is active.

Nothing happens after connecting? Make sure the server URL is exactly https://api.mokaform.com/mcp.

Notes

You can switch between OAuth and API key any time.

Changes made through the assistant are saved to your Mokaform workspace.
