From your dashboard
Navigate to your workspace dashboard
Find your form in the forms list
Look for the Responses column
Click the response number (e.g., "2", "15", "47")
Click your form name to open the builder
Navigate to the Submissions tab
"0" - No completed responses yet
Number - Total completed responses (clickable)
Completion % - How many people who started also finished

How to export
Go to the Submissions tab
Click Export
Choose your format
Select options: All responses or date range All questions or specific fields Include timestamps and metadata
Click Download
