View your first responses

Congratulations! People are responding to your form. We'll show you how to view, analyze, and act on the data.

1. Access your responses

From your dashboard

  1. Navigate to your workspace dashboard
  1. Find your form in the forms list
  1. Look for the Responses column
  1. Click the response number (e.g., "2", "15", "47")
Alternative method:
  1. Click your form name to open the builder
  1. Navigate to the Submissions tab
What the numbers mean:
  • "0" - No completed responses yet
  • Number - Total completed responses (clickable)
  • Completion % - How many people who started also finished
Tip: A completion rate above 80% is excellent. Below 60% suggests your form may be too long or confusing.

2. View individual submissions

What you'll see:
  • Complete answers for every field
  • Submission timestamp
  • Completion time
  • Device information (mobile, tablet, desktop)

  • Sortable columns - Sort by any field or timestamp
  • Search - Find specific responses quickly
  • Filters - Show only responses meeting certain criteria

Check response quality

Look for:
  • ✅ Complete responses with all required questions answered
  • ✅ Thoughtful, detailed answers
  • ✅ Valid contact information
  • ⚠️ Spam or fake responses
  • ⚠️ Duplicate submissions
  • ⚠️ Nonsensical text in open fields
Tip: If you notice spam, add a CAPTCHA or require email verification in your form settings.
