If sustained usage suggests you’ve outgrown our standard plans, we’ll work with you on a tailored plan—no surprise paywalls or throttling.

A steady pattern over time matters more than a spike. If we see elevated usage for 3–4 consecutive months, we’ll reach out with options so your workflows stay fast and reliable.

What happens if you exceed the signals

  • We’ll contact your billing owner with recent usage insights and options.
  • We’ll propose a custom plan sized to your observed patterns. Billing occurs quarterly at the start of each quarter and is added to your current subscription.
  • If a custom plan isn’t a fit, we’ll provide reasonable time to migrate with minimal disruption. No surprise throttling.

  • Short‑term campaign drives a 2‑week spike above thresholds → No action. Spikes alone don’t trigger changes.
