Date question
Use the Mokaform Date question to collect calendar dates for appointments, deadlines, birthdays, bookings, and applications.
TYPE: DATE
Use Date when the answer should be a calendar date.
Use it for
- Appointment dates, event dates, deadlines, birthdays, availability, and application dates.
- Exports that need a consistent date column.
- Automations that rely on a date value in another tool.
Settings to check
- Required when scheduling depends on it.
- Date limits if the answer must be in a valid range.
- Format and language so the picker matches the respondent audience.
- Timezone context in the question text when the date is tied to a time-sensitive event.
Workflow notes
Date fields are not supported in email embeds. If you plan to embed the form directly in an email campaign, link to the form instead or remove Date from the email-embedded version.
